Ethical Artists United 

The collective consciousness of artists worldwide, and in the United States of America, has led to a great influx of consciousness and human based, sentient being created, communicative means of talent and awareness, raised through various mediums. Photography, music, painting, writing, sculpting, weaving, fashion, designing of landscapes, homes, commercial offices, sketching, tattooing, piercing, scarification, instrument making, etchings, wood-working, metal-working, and other types of art are made by powerful creators. 

These art forms help the worldwide effort to ensure that the consciousness raising effort, evolving the species we have, to be able to form and direct our future, and those artists who are honest, and who step up to inform either the citizens who have inspired, as muses, with direct consciousness connection, or artists who have essentially consciously collaborated due to "lives" of some kind, or some other kind of connection, about the impact they have had on the music, paintings, and novels, etc. created.

There are examples of artists who have done this, and are doing this on an ongoing basis- the most ethical ones which have stepped up, and volunteered for the project, and communicated via PIIM about it, and there are also albums which were not released despite having been written, until the date when the record company decides, for some this is when Consciousness Based Artistic Contribution Amounting To a Percentaged Partnership Corrective Record Company Agreement relative to the album is relevant. As an example, within the PIIM in the Denver courthouse, which includes exoneration of Josh Homme from Queens of the Stone Age, with the altercation of himself and a photographer at issue, due to the photo above- there were depth perception issues and old "lives" musician networking issues which were in play and should be considered.

I felt terrible when I realized this, and while I did not originally bring it up during negotiations of the specific music pieces and songs which were discussed, and had originally proposed a RiNDA to be signed by the photographer, when I realized what occurred, I thought I might be able to finagle a surprise, for Mr. Homme, who had been so willing to assist, not only with the process of identifying honestly the muses or artists consciously connected during inspiration and writing, but also, because of his willingness to help with the back and forth of the current of time and information, and to help, if it would, my son, whose father was named Josh, and who suffered trauma due to a suicide attempt he saw. As a result, I hope to be able to get this done, for Mr. Homme, it might already BE done, as there is a quantum flow of enforcement in effect to prevent problematic effects on his life, as the actual victim in the scenario. 

His record should be sealed, and the crime noted with the information, so that his record does not show that he is guilty of the crime, because he was not. I was the photographer who took this photo, which at the bottom, and in subsequent frames shows the guitarist, who sometimes sings, kicking, and my camera was not as bulky as the one which Josh Homme kicked, in a situation where the agreement to help, if needed, my son and I, given the ex-husbands situation, as well as to try to help me, an artist with a mom who died, and just all of us, consciousness overreach victims, and artists, talented and oppressed.

Exactly the behavior a famous and well-thought of, decorated, and seasoned artist and musician should show, and he should never bear weight of crime for it, and he has my gratitude, forever, and my assurance, as a woman, mother, artist, and paralegal.

Luckily, the touring and recording manager of the Wu Tang Clan assisted me with this effort, a bit, and when I played Planes Mistaken for Stars, in his office, there was a move to make sure corrective payments are issued for PMFS and Peralta. 

There have been advisements from the leading members of a couple of bands, who have ethical artists who know what has occurred, and know that I "lived", as did they, and as did others, and I have been advised not only the album Kyuss released, after it was written, but not until after 2013 was it released, and the same with Korn, The Paradigm Shift, written in 2013 and not touted publicly or released until years later, as it was impossible to do so until certain milestones had been reached.

Rewards from musicians who know their consciousness-based artist partners will benefit, as will the performing artist, if the band or artist participates in Ethical Artists United, which involves not only conscious assistance but monetary compensation when it can be afforded. 

FDIC insured banks do not allow, will not allow ever (out of the mouth of not only D.A.'s in NY and DC, but the president himself), and have never allowed consciousness royalty banking, consciousness-based banking at all.

The documents are created, with agreement in consciousness, then transferred to PIIM and put in the courthouse which is applicable, although the first one was in Denver, CO, which I was involved in, and while the bulk of the royalties' agreements are designed to be in that format I think, for the corrective royalties for the band, and the payout for the one song for the guitarist of that band, it is possible for documents to be created on paper, as well, moving forward, which is desirable and forthcoming. 

Of course, there will be many different ways in which this might come about for others, and if there is anyone out there who has a specific request, then S-MMassCo Ethical Artists United can help. Balancing quantum moral weight, and lack of desire to ask for, or be greedy about others work. Skills sharing is peaceful co-existence between artists but without consciously reached agreement and a mode of recording such agreements, and compensation, then the moral balance is off, as there needs to be fairness amongst artists and the companies who purport to represent those artists.
